Called Saturday morning for a repair and Terry and Don came out the same day. From the initial phone call from the kind lady on the phone to the service that was completed, everything was phenomenal at a fair, reasonable price. We called Jones And Sons Heating and cooling because we needed our heater systems checked. Terry came out and told us the condition that the system was in and that we would need a new heat pump. He gave us a good price and told us about the one year labor warranty and 10 years parts. We agreed for him to order that heat pump and come out and do the job. Terry and Andrew did a fine job of installing the heat pump and air handler. They cleaned everything up, took all the trash and left us with a smooth running system. We would definitely recommend them if you are in need of a heat pump.
