Consummate professionals. Easy to deal with at every step along the way. They helped me find the perfect roof for our house--a higher-end product, Certainteed Grand Manor. I received 3 quotes, and they matched another company's slightly lower quote. They had a team of at least three working long days for about 2 weeks to do the job perfectly. It was easy to tell how much pride they took in the work and how invested they were in doing the job well.

These guys are the best! Who would have thought getting a drip fixed would be such a challenge? Took me about 8 months to get a roofer to help, these guys answered my request really fast and set me up for an inspection and estimate right away. Two days later I had a guy up on the roof installing new flashing, storm collar, and cap for me. They had a bit of a tricky job and it took longer than they'd expected but everyone was so kind and cheerful and professional. Pricing was very reasonable and I'm so relieved to have this drip finally fixed. Thank you so much, hope I don't need you but if I do I'll call Harvey Strassner again!!

Fantastic attention to detail rarely seen anymore by any professional contractor. Could have easily done a quick install of a replacement skylight but this needed some custom work to make it 100% correct, not just to me but to the professional doing the work. Highly recommend this company. Well done!

The only roofer I could find in ROCHESTER who would install new operable solar powered skylights, replacing my old obsolete ones, in my metal roof. Great people to do business with! Their work was meticulous and they respected both me and my property. Everybody in the team from sales to construction was easy-going, comfortable to communicate with, down to earth, and professional.
