My front door keypad lock stopped working consistently, and they were super responsive and helpful when I called! They were super responsive, immediately understood + fixed the problem, and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely use them again if I have any issues.

These guys came when they said they would and got the job done in literally 30 seconds. 5/5 stars would definitely recommend them.

Hayden ruined my key, and I'm out $32. I spent $32 on a key blank for my motorcycle. Hayden ruined it in two minutes. As a result, I now have to spend another $32 and wait another four weeks for a replacement. That'll be a total of $64 (plus labor!) for one replacement key. Don't walk away from these guys, run.

Shoddy service defines Heydon Safe and lock. Rude, disrespectful, uncaring, unreliable, disheveled employees, terrible service. The worst I have ever come across. Avoid them like the plague

Not concerned about service. If your key wasn’t done correctly, they “decide” if it wasn’t their fault in which case you’ll pay again. So guess whose fault it’ll be!! If I could use 0 stars for service I would. They’re a locksmith… service is the only differentiator and they are extremely lacking. They don’t back up their own work! Now in fairness, I only spoke to one customer service rep. So maybe he was the problem.
