Ken and team installed my whole house generator last November. I saw the investment as mainly an insurance policy that I would never need. Until Helene hit Asheville and my home on the morning of September 27. Herbie (yes, I named my generator) kicked into gear around 4 AM that morning. And ran like a champ until the following Sunday when, at midnight, it threw an error regarding oil levels.
