Heads Up Irrigation SC

During some other construction, one of our zone valves got stuck in the open position. I knew there was debris in the valve, but I couldn't find the valve box! I finally had to shut off the main valve to the entire system and call in professional help. Chris was busy, but he understood the bind I was in. He made time for a 7:30am arrival to our house and, by 7:45, had found the hidden valve box 3in under our lawn. It was also well away from the othe control boxes! I would have never found it! Chris then quickly completed our repairs, and our system runs again! Chris and his company are very professional, knowledgeable, and on time! I highly recommend them for all your irrigation needs!

Heads Up is fantastic! We kick ourselves often for not having them install our initial irrigation system but appreciate that they always help us out regardless. Chris is on time, personable and efficient. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to fix our system when the “lawn guy” messes it up! Chris is great with interested 2 year olds as well!

If I could give Chris 10 stars I would. He came to my house today even though he was on Christmas vacation! I had a cracked pipe and water was everywhere. He found the break after a great deal of digging, replaced the cracked pvc and put all the plants and dirt he needed to dig up back in place. Amazing service and amazing value! Chris and Kim are great folks to work with. Call them!

I wanted to change out my controller so it would not need to be reprogrammed every time the power went off. Chris put in a smart controller with WiFi module. He also adjusted all my sprinkler heads to put out the right flow of water for the area. Lastly I requested he add an additional line to my existing sprinkler at the back porch to water further into my flower garden. He hand dug( houses to close together to bring his machine) about 7 feet toward my garden and added a head that pops up 12 inches. Now I am able to water about 8 feet further in my flower garden than using the sprinkler head at the porch. Very happy with his knowledge and ability to figure out how to help me water my flowers. Now I can use an app to water when I am out of town during the summer!

Chris has an extremely positive reputation in our established Irmo, SC neighborhood. I knew when I needed irrigation help, I’d be calling Chris, and am very glad I did. He quickly verify my faulty irrigation valve, professionally replaced it with quality equipment, and carefully cleaned-up the associated mess. On top of that, his fee was reasonable.
