Kevin and his team at Heart 2 Heart provide an excellent service. The whole team were so friendly, professional and caring. Communication throughout the process from the first phone call and estimate was excellent. I particularly like that Kevin gives an accurate quote and no unexpected additional charges were added in. We needed two moves as we sold our house and moved into a rental while waiting for our new build to be completed. Most of our furniture was stored in a climate controlled storage and Kevin took care of organizing that for us. We couldn't be happier with the incredible care and professionalism that Heart 2 Heart provide and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

Kevin and his crew of movers are awesome to work with! Arrived on time, had everything disassembled and packed quickly but took care of our items. At our new house they reassembled everything. They are the only thing this has gone right with our move! I was very nervous about hiring a moving company bc of the horror stories online. They DO NOT APPLY to Heart 2 Heart! 10/10 recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Kevin and his team! They were incredibly efficient, well organized, and handled everything with so much care. The team was also genuinely kind and pleasant to work with, which made the whole moving process so much less stressful. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. EDIT: My daughter’s bed kept squeaking since we moved. Turns out they used the wrong screws and did not install her bed back together properly and now the holes are stripped and her entire bed is broken. This takes my rating down to two stars. I understand that time wasn’t ideal but to half-hazardly put together furniture without ensuring it’s done right for the sake of being quick isn’t fair. Now I have to rebuy her entire bed and that’s $400 I don’t have just lying around. Pros: Very kind. They worked with me and offered me a plan that was affordable. Kept to schedule, and took care with the furniture. Packed everything efficiently. Took care to make sure everything arrived in one piece, made it to the new location and unloaded quickly and safely. Kevin and his team of movers gave us the best service anyone could ask for. They made the moving process completely easy, the quote was on point, and if/when we move again…. As long as he is still around and running the show- we will be a loyal customer. You get what you pay for…. And everyone we told about it, told us that was a GREAT DEAL!!!! There are NO hidden costs, and Kevin himself did our quote. He came to the house and walked it, so he knew what he was scheduling his guys up for. I (the wife), loved that my home looked complete from the time they left, and I could have immediately started entertaining guests. I have only had the little touches to handle.
