Company is great, and the service people are very knowledgeable when it come to Genrac units, and I'm sure anything they work on. Kara Mock deserves a big shout out for keeping us informed on a unit they were servicing at the shop. Reliable company!! give them a call.

Our 50 amp electric box was fried and we live full-time in our rig. I called late afternoon and they had someone at our property first thing in the morning. Everyone that I dealt with were pleasant, professional and concerned. Work was completed promptly at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them in future for my electrical needs. They will answer the phone concerned about your issue, they were at my house 2 hours after I called them to get a "quick fix" going because parts needed to be ordered.
