I never imagined myself taking the time to write a review about a home inspection. These things tend to feel like a super-sized dental visit, invasive, anxiety producing, and one of those things that you just get through because you are a responsible adult. But our experience working with Steve was so vastly different from other inspectors we have hired that here I am documenting the things that really stood out to us: 1. Professionalism: He arrived on time, was friendly and respectful of our space. 2. He was very detailed in his inspection of our home and really went out of the way to help us understand things to look for. Honestly, we felt like we were being treated like family and that he was genuinely looking out for our best interest rather than just preforming the agreed upon task.
