My experience with Crawford Industrial Heating & Cooling was exceptional. I had them replace my furnace and AC with an all new more efficient system. Due to my busy work schedule, they agreed to come out and install on the weekend. They were in and out in less than 2 hrs.The crew was right on time and did a very good cleanup when they were done.I would recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.

The technicians installed a new AC unit for us. They were great; arrived on time, were fast and efficient, and were able to work through a tricky issue with our thermostat. I enjoyed conversing with them and appreciated the way they cleaned up before they left. I have used Crawford Industrial Heating & Cooling in the past and would use them again. Scheduling is easy and everyone is friendly. A nice company to deal with.

I can't recommend Crawford Industrial Heating enough. Great communication, very knowledgeable team, and exceptional customer service. I was having an issue installing a Nest thermostat and Timothy went above and beyond to make sure it was up and running. It was seriously one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. Top Notch company and my new go to for HVAC!

Timothy was efficient, knowledgeable, and answered my questions in regards to heating and cooling efficiencies and warranties. With this understanding, I was able to make an informed decision about replacing both units. They also give me $400 in rebates for installing more efficient units. I consider this a win.
