We've been doing small to medium size concrete work all over this area for twenty years now, always avoided Hanson, because even though their concrete is good, their service is terrible and their business ethics even worse. 2 years ago I tried to go out the box a bit and open an account with this company, went to the office , requested a call from a salesman and nobody followed up, I decided to schedule my concrete as usual ( COD) and got told that I could not get concrete first round for the next two months, I said OK, schedule me for the third month, every week M-F , first round , conveyor truck and I got told it could not be done, when I asked why the answer was just because, then I lost it with Chris Alexander , the dispatch guy. When they answer the phone they’re totally rude to you they never show up on time and their drivers always have an attitude problem
