Never again. Paid them to fix a sewer line break and explain there was a blockage further down from where we had already dug. They put it all back together, charged us for it and said it was great. First time we used The washer that night flooded our bathroom floor. Because they connected it cause damage to the HVAC system. They had a new excuse for why they didn’t even have an idea when we would be on the schedule for over two weeks. Multiple times said they would call us back never did. Then they come out to spray paint where they plan to dig the 2nd line break and Damaged a brand new toilet that was sitting in the yard where they needed to spray. We were having issues with our septic tank and had talked with another company who said we needed an entirely new system. Looking for a second opinion, we called Helm's and they came out quickly to see what was going on. They took the time to investigate the problem and look for easier solutions before recommending a new system. They were able to locate a pump that had gone bad and replaced it while also fixing the issue that caused it to go bad in the first place. This saved us substantial amounts of money and we will always use Helm for the honesty and integrity they showed during this interaction.

Gotta shout out Doug & Luke for HVAC work over the last few years. They have done two installs for us and some recent warranty work. Always kind, helpful, and trustworthy.

Started the job and never came back to finish it. 3 times, no call no show in 3 weeks period. This company is a joke with clowns running it.

Needed faucet and valve replaced on bathtub. faucet was protruding from the valve from the wall. He says he’s done please after three days of being here did not caulk around the faucet didn’t caulk around the showerhead left fiberglass insulation in my hallway and in my linen closet and now less than a year later, my faucet in my tub is protruding from the wall. I paid for the kit that include the valve the faucet and the showerhead was overcharged and then charged for him to come back and clean up his mess. My dad worked for 20 years and HVAC and plumbing and every time he did a job he would leave that area. He was working in cleaner than it was when he walked through their door. I would never recommend Helms for anything they’re dishonest and rip offs . They don’t even deserve one star,
