First I called weinkaufs because I had the sticker on my boiler on 2/14 after hours line left message in morning in hopes to get some answer to my boiler not staying running before we went off to a hotel. Never heard back still to this day. So I called Henry heating Monday morning and got the desk lady who passed the message onto Jerry when he'd be able to come out. About 2 hours I believe I already had Jerry calling me and headed to my house to check it out by 1230. Jerry figured out the issue in 30 mins. Got the boiler running to heat the house for the night before he could get a new part. Next morning 2/17 by 9 am Jerry is already on way back to install new part aquastat onto my boiler and saved the day. I'm very happy with this service and won't hesitate to call him again for help! He

My furnace quit on a weekend. Serviceman came within a short time after my phone call. The furnace was not repairable. I received a quote for a new furnace and he was at my house first thing Monday morning to replace the old one. Excellent service. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Delayed plumbing project for Vietnam vet which cost me money and anguish. He had all winter to finish contract and I was still in my motorhome in spring. Left him detailed instructions to agreed project and he had to rework as he obviously never read them. He may have done well for others but worst contracting experience I have ever exsperienced.

Came to look at my non working furnace on 11/06/23. Were to provide estimates to repair or replace if that wasn't possible. As of today, 11/12, I have received nothing. They do not answer their phone or respond to the messages I have left. So I currently have no source of heat, and must start over to find another contractor. What happened to work ethics.
