Good service. Worked with my insurance and adjuster. Crew cleaned up and did the job very fast. After they were done came right over to fix any issues that I had. House looks good and no leaks for the first time in 33 years!

We decided pretty last minute that it would be better if we had professionals put on our roof before the snow hit. I called on a Monday, was on the books with an estimate that Wednesday, and our roof was finished that Saturday (4 days before the day we were scheduled for!). From getting the quote, to having the guys do the work, to paying the invoice, LevelUp was fantastic to work with. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Working with Billy, was like talking to family, he made me feel so comfortable. Very easy to talk to, and made sure he answered all the questions I had, within a short reasonable time. His crew did an amazing job on my roof. Only took 5 hrs to rip it off and redo shingles and some replacement boards! Highly recommended!!! THANKS AGAIN BILLY AND CREW!!!

We had to have our roof replaced after a wind storm. The customer service is top notch! Their estimate was comprehensive & easy to understand. No hidden fees or language. They even came out right away to ensure there were no immediate leaks from the damage. They did an incredible job & our roof looks amazing! Despite some language barriers, the crew was respectful, helpful & efficient. They even worked through some rain. We have multiple steap peaks on our home & they were finished in a day & a half. I highly recommend this company if you need to get your roof done. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.
