Ted Tinker provided excellent service on the completion of a huge project that relocated all of our pipes. He also was able to trouble shoot some issues on a problem pipe. He was professional and provided quality service. He also took the time to make sure I understood my new system.

Nichole was very prompt. Very knowledgeable with all the questions I had. Overall just a great person. She cleaned up her mess where I have had others just leave it. I would highly recommend her.

Loved this place to begin with and then last year communication went out the window. They sent 2 separate technicians to my house in one day to winterize it and the second one called me saying things were broken and there was water all over the floor, even tho the first one assured me everything was closed up and fine. I’m 3 hours away so can’t easily run up there. The second tech said he would clean it all up and make sure the house was fine before leaving. We were never able to make it back up. Then when they came out to open it (they were the last ones in the house) and noted that some of the valves were broken and wanted to charge me for this when they were the last ones in the house (and these were not broken when I was there last). They are attempting to charge me after doing no work. I originally called them because I had standing water in my yard near a yard hydrant they had installed two years prior. I called to ask if this would be a warranty job, and was told someone needed to come look at it first. The “tech” came when I was not home, and didn’t call me back as instructed. I had to call three separate times to get a hold of them, to which I was told I would need to speak to a project manager. I waited several days, called them almost daily and left several voicemails for the project manager. Two weeks later I finally spoke to someone, and was informed the work would not be considered warranty work, and it would be several weeks more until they could come fix it. I wanted to share a little about my experience with Weinkauf heating and plumbing. Tim was my service tech.... What can I say about Tim? Pure excellence and professionalism. Tim went far beyond what was expected.. He not only diagnosed the issue with our Lenox furnace, he determined that the issue was actually our Nest thermostat and not a costly part as he originally suspected. This not only saved us some money, but we were up and operational in no time. Secondly, after leaving, a second unrelated issue arose.
