Edit: I talked to the owner, I do believed it was a huge misunderstanding since it wasn’t him who I talked to on the phone. I’m happy that he reached out! Very commendable, will use him for services for years to come. He took great care of the home under the previous owner, can’t wait for him to continue. We purchased a home with them already being the provider for the sprinkler system. In good faith the seller told us since he already paid for the year and it’s shut-off. We can scheduled shut-off w/o any issues. We tried to do that, but they wanted to charged us for it. Told them the agreement and they refused to do so stating it’s not transferable to owners, even though it was already paid for the home from previous owner. The seller had to call them to force them to do it. They just di
