UPDATE: Approx. 10 months after damage was done Hentges still has not accepted any responsibility for damage done on my property or removed the trees and debris .UPDATE: Approx. 5 months after the damage originally took place: The brush they had cut and left in fields and partially blocking roadway. The brush they left behind in the fields restricted our ability to bail our hay and some got caught in the bailer causing it to jam up which made more work on us by having to clean it out. Large amount of brush left from their machines that was thrown out in fields / none of which was in the right of way. Also damaged high value trees with their machinery off of the right of way. Live in Cole/Callaway County and want your tree to look 2-Dimensional? This is the place, they won't even bother with notifying you of doing so! You'll come home not even thinking of cutting your tree in half, but they'll have done it already and left all the debris for you! Will blame it on electric company and proceed to take anything within 20 yards of a powerline down. Nice staff (invisible/not seen), courteous (didn't call/mail of notice to tree work being done). Likely their arborist on-hand isn't what all they say to be, will be contesting certification.

They were sub contracted in threw REA cause they were growing under the power lines so instead of trimming them or topping the trees they cut them completely down yes they were on my property and let me tell you they were very rude and most of them didn't speak English including the so called supervisor was not very professional and very rude. They did damage to my fence and refused to fix it. I DONT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

They were very courteous and helpful. They removed one tree and trimmed three others. They cleaned up when they had finished . It was in my front yard so it was really nice that there was no mess left afterwards.

They came out and removed the limb I wanted gone. They also trimmed the other limbs away from the house. They raked up the yard where there was limbs and ground up other limbs that were in the yard, then they blew the sawdust off the deck. They were very polite workers. I am very impressed with the job and results. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for every thing. If I could I would give them 10 stars!
