Heritage Floor Covering

I am surprised my experience was so bad considering the good reviews left by other customers. However, I wanted to share my honest experience because I used to own a small business myself, and people deserve to know the truth. I originally came in to order a very specific type of carpet that is higher end. While I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, I was confused when I was told to consider purchasing a different carpet due to a possibility of discontinuing the line I wanted. Mind you, I was not told this by any other store that I had spoken with. However, I didn’t think much of it because things are constantly changing. Anyways, I’m glad I wasn’t pressured into changing my mind because I was able to get the exact carpet I wanted and relatively quickly. My issues really arose later w

Newly widowed, I bought a small Cluster Home in MacIntosh Farms in 2/23, which needed much updating, (a tough order after my spouse was 'Fatica Kitchens & Fine Cabinetry') I used Heritage Floor Covering after I saw an article in the Royalton Recorder. All I can say is if you are looking for new Flooring, PLEASE do yourself a favor & look NO FURTHER. (Even my husband would have overwhelmingly approved!) Nick and his staff are outstanding! I had carpet put in the master and luxury vinyl plank throughout the rest of the house. Rudy was my Vinyl Plank installer. Removed & installed all the plank in 2 & 1/2 days. (I have many little closets & turns, not to mention the appliances, wash tubs, and toilets) All closets were done flawlessly & appliances & toilets were expertly removed & reinstalled

I cannot express more how happy and grateful I am to have stumbled across Heritage Floor Covering. I received several quotes from "'big name" companies and was never comfortable with the quality for price point that I continued to get. After doing copious amounts of my own research, I eventually called Heritage and Nick new exactly what I would want just off the parameters of my house and my general expectations. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes before having the samples in my hands that I eventually purchased. Their installers were true professionals and did phenomenal work. Pam and Nick are just incredible. They are extraordinarily knowledgeable yet explain the many flooring options they offer in a way that someone with little to no experience in home remodeling (like myself) can easily understand. Their installers did an amazing job--they were all very detail oriented yet finished the jobs in a timely fashion. Do not hesitate to call or stop by their showroom!

Nick was a massive help in helping me choose new floors for my camper van. I explained what i was looking for, and found the perfect LVP for my project. Even though i was only working with a 35ft² space, i was treated just as important as any other customer. There was no attempt to upsell me, and i ended up with exactly what i needed at a great price. When i received the boxes of planks, one of the boxes had gotten damaged during shipping (not Heritage's fault), but they quickly ordered me a new box as a replacement. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and overall great people.
