Heritage Window Solutions

I had searched for a long time for a storm door that was truly insulated and meant for having your interior door open in the winter. I finally found this on a website for West Windows (they are in Virginia) but needed to figure how to buy this in Lexington. They directed me to Heritage Window Solutions who is the only dealer for them in Kentucky. I spoke with Justin at Heritage and told him I had to have this door. Although it took a little longer than I would have liked because they weren’t yet really offering them to clients, they worked with me to get me this door ordered and get it installed. I cannot recommend this door enough. I can stand next to the storm door on a below freezing day and do not feel a chill at all. It tamps down sound too. Let the winter sun and keep the chill out!!

We had Heritage Window Solutions design and install a window in our master bathroom. We had a general contractor working on a major upgrade of our master bath, but we could not work out the window needs with the contractor. Laryn and his team immediately came to the rescue, helped us walk through the options and then designed and installed this lovely window. I highly recommend this team.

Very good experience with Heritage Windows in Lexington, KY. The company recently installed new exterior storm windows on our 1939 house. Storm windows were removed from the home before we purchased it and replacements were a top priority for us to protect and preserve our old wood-framed single-pane windows, improve HVAC efficiency, and reduce impact from noise in the neighborhood. We had a couple of options for windows and went with ones manufactured by West Windows. The office provided a timely estimate and communicated with us about progress. We had an excellent experience with everyone we worked with- from the first call, to the salesperson, the restoration team, and the installers. Our project consisted of some repair work to our 120 year old, original windows and replacement of the storms. The communication from start to finish was excellent, as was the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire team. Once the project was complete, we immediately noticed a positive impact to the energy efficiency of our home. A+ on the aesthetic and functional improvements, as well customer service all around. "They never met a window that couldn't be fixed", except it seems like the only jobs they want is where they sell you storm windows. Called for a quote on 18 windows that were not operating properly but they already had storms on them, but the "Job is too small". 18 windows is a pretty good sized house.
