Christian (sales) and Matt (PM) did a fantastic job! They both oversaw the entire project and ensured quality from beginning to end. I'm so pleased with how my roof turned out! I was so confident in Hero's ability to execute a great job that I went with them to not only replace my roof but also to fix fascia issues, replace my gutters/downspouts/gutter guards, and install a chimney cap. Hero Roofing did an amazing job and put my stress of roof replacement at ease! My “roof hero” Travis came out for the initial inspection. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very accepting of my dogs. He walked me through the process for Hero Roofing, but also wanted to ensure I was aware of a few things to look for even if I didn’t choose them. They were able to schedule my roof replacement within a few days. Travis helped me with the color (it’s perfect) and made sure I was comfortable in the process.
