Heroic Roofing

After the storm last June, we had several companies come out to meet with us and give estimates on a new roof. Charlie came out as was kind and professional (which others were not) the whole time. He helped us choose the roof and gutters and we even had him completely redo our back patio and it looks amazing! Made my husband’s dream come true. I would highly recommend Charlie and his team for any of your needs.

After experiencing difficulty obtaining estimates from other companies in the Weatherford area, I came across Heroic Roofing's advertisement in a local magazine and decided to contact them. Charlie returned my call promptly, and his crew arrived the following day to take measurements. Following a decision on the color, the installation was postponed until after the recent snowstorm, which proved to be a prudent decision. The crew installed the gutters today, and the result is outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and color of the gutters. Heroic Roofing comes highly recommended for any gutter or roofing needs in the Weatherford area.

Heroic is one of a kind! Charlie and Britt are amazing people. They actually care about you! The storm messed up my house. I ignored all the walk ups and called Heroic first thing. Finished my roof and gutters and knew exactly what it needed! Thank yall again for being such great people.

Good start to the project and then some challenges through the middle that were resolved and Charlie took ownership of and we appreciated. After project had been completed and Heroic paid out, we cannot get Charlie to answer calls or return text for two repair items, paperwork to show work complete and provide to my insurance to lower insurance cost (a major reason to get the work done), and follow up work by Heroic to get additional depreciation money paid out to us from the insurance company. In all, the work done is good, but the administrative side of Heroic makes the experience just okay.

Heroic did a great job on my roof. Charlie helped with negotiating with insurance about payouts. They got me new gutters and replaced the garage door.
