Sergio was very communicative and professional from the beginning! We were very impressed with his level of knowledge and experience with countertops! We needed a last minute job done bc the other company (MC granite countertops) left us hanging and was super unprofessional… Sergio was able to get us in quickly and completed the job within a week! He gave his feedback on what best suited our needs and what colors we wanted! Sergio also showed up on time every-time to install and do estimates/measuring. We will only be using him when we need countertops done again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Level of work is incredible!

I have used Hickory Custom Countertops for many years now on several projects. Recently I had them do my new kitchen in my personal house. It was a large kitchen and Sergio worked with us to meet all our goals. My wife and I are so pleased with how it turned out. I have used many companies in my earlier years as a builder in Charlotte. Since I moved to the mountain region I have never met a fabricator who does seams as good at this company.

Sergio installed new quartz countertops in my kitchen and bath. The seam and corners were polished beautifully. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel!
