Needed Gas boiler service and good luck only 2 in Catawba county one booked for weeks out but I spoke with Mike and explained situation and he sent a young man "Brett" he had it running in minutes and explained what it is. I've lived here over 30 yrs and in a position to get goughed " Yes people still do it to seniors" Brett told me they take care of us citizens and do they. I assume I'll get a service bill? I did get quote the next day by phone so I'll schedule later as Brett didn't pressure and said should run fine.. I will get it repaired later. 5*****;; called Mon and fixed Tues 👍😊🙏

After many issues with one of our household ac system, we decide to replace the unit. Since Hickory Sheet Metal, had been dealing unsuccessfully with our issues, we agreed for them to replace the entire unit including the air handler in the attic. Immediately we continued to have issues, either the ac would not keep up, not work at all, or freeze us to death unable to control the system. More than a dozen visits, including a very cocky repair guy, who and I quote, "" I'm the guy they send when no one else can fixed it"" Guess what he didn't fix it. Mike the manager has tried and even admitted to us that it was a very bad installation, and they are struggling with staffing issues and turn over. On 08/29/2023, they claimed they replaced 3 actuators and sent us a bill for $1405.39, now

These guys know what they are doing. They had our York chiller system up and going in a matter of hours even after the factory service provider (Johnson Controls) said they couldn't fix it. I would definitely reccomend these guys for industrial cooling needs.

I maintain a respectable, wealthy man's property and always use these guys. The know what they're doing and they keep my client happy. Service is so good that it makes me piss myself.
