High Performance Heating & Air Conditioning

This company has always been helpful and done an excellent job. Phil has been amazing and is so so good at his job and just being an awesome person. He managed to install antique vents and grates all over my house and did a fabulous job. Even before Phil was my knight in shining armour (it is very hard to find a stand up craftsman), the company did a great job installing my furnace and AC. 100% will be going to them again and again for anything I can think of.

The Technicians were on time, Friendly and knowledgeable about theor jobs. Their price for the water heater including labor was better than other heating companies. I have use High Performance Heating and cooling in the past for other work and would highly recommend them.

2 years ago I saw that there was a Friday special for the a tune-up on your finances on the website. So I called and schedule an appointment at 9am Saturday, they have 2 run on the weekend for tune-ups. Nick the HAVC service technician showed up at 9am on time and ready to work. He was very knowledgeable and had no problem letting me watch and explaining what he was doing. He cleaned and test a lot things on the furnace like the airflow all wire connections motors to make sure the unit was running correctly. Awesome Service! Joe M. and Phil cleaned my ducts yesterday. Not only were they really thorough and helpful, but they were also very kind and I felt very comfortable having them in my home and around my children as the process took most of the day. We just bought the house and there were a few minor hiccups with getting everything up and running, they just fixed the problems as they arose, (like repairing a bad section duct), and kept moving on. I also had to replace my thermostat, and they recommended an awesome one and then installed that as well, which typically isn't part of the duct cleaning. Quality transaction from start to finish. Customer service person who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and you could almost see the smile over the phone. Scheduling my annual preventative maintenance was easy. The technician who did the annual maintenance was friendly and professional and communicated everything he was doing and why. He left the area spotless when he was done with the service. Definitely use this company for any preventative and also repair services.
