High Pines did an excellent job installing a new roof on our house. Luis, the owner, was very responsive and accessible. When I had questions he addressed them quickly and came out to the job-site to review questions on the one occasion when it was necessary. His office manager, Esmeralda was extremely professional and efficient. She managed Luis’s schedule and when she booked an appointment he always arrived on time. The workmanship was very good. When the NM state inspector got off the roof after the final inspection be told me that the roof installation was high quality and all the details were done above the quality that he typically sees.

High Pines installed a new roof on our house 3 years ago. Yesterday evening with a very heavy rain a small leak showed up. I reached out to Luis at 8:00p to see when his team might be able to come by and check on the leak. He had a team here at 8:00a the next morning, and, the repair made by 9:00a. All under warranty. Amazing service!

(Energy efficiency for an all-electric house: good for good ol’ Mama Earth!) Done in about a week, even in windy spring weather blowing the insulating panels around. We went up nightly to view each day’s work and were thoroughly impressed and reassured with their precision. You won’t be disappointed to choose High Pines. High Pines has been wonderful both to me and the previous owner of my home. Julian, (the “front man” and son of the owner) was prompt, courteous, and thorough and clearly had a respectful relationship with his workers all of whom knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.

High Pines was contracted to remodel a balcony at my condo. We gave them a 50% down payment and a signed contract with an agreed upon start date. They didn’t show up on the agreed upon start date. I called everyday requesting a status update and was told someone would call me back but they never did. I was called a week after the expected start date to let me know that they had not received my contract despite sending it to them twice with the down payment. They also notified me that they are unable to start for an additional two weeks. Talk about a bunch of crooks! Be aware of this company and their shady practices.
