High Tide Restoration and Cleaning

We had a fantastic experience working with High Tide!! We had pretty substantial water damage at our condo from the unit above us, and they helped us with the remediation and full restoration. They were always responsive, prompt and kind and and did a high-quality, professional job. Sarah went above and beyond to oversee our project and make the process as stress-free as possible. They also worked with our insurance company to help provide the documentation needed for our claim. I would highly recommend them and can't say enough good things about their company!

High Tide Restoration and Cleaning did a great job on my Dad's house. They addressed the mold remediation issue and quickly began the renovation. They were efficient, communicative and kept me up to speed every step of the way. The job was completed in a very timely manner and the house was good as new! Amazing service! My experience with High Tide was exceptional. Hilton Head Long Term Rentals manages the commercial space at the Main Street Office Complex. Over the past several years we have worked with High Tide to help us maintain our buildings and repair issues that inevitably come up. They are quick to respond, show up when scheduled and as importantly finish on time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to help with any problem that may arise.

UPDATE: I used High Tide again for phase 2 renovations and Chris and Sara did a great job! They are very organized and provided quick responses with all communications. They got the job done quickly in the time I needed it. They provided status updates with pictures through out the project. I never had to worry - complete trust in their ability and project mgt. High Tide was amazing! They were very easy to communicate with and did an excellent job with the mitigation and renovations. They made what should be a stressful situation, not stressful at all. Highly recommend!
