Highland Renovations

I cannot say enough good things about Highland Renovations. This was my second project with them and from initial contact through completion they were timely, responsive, professional, and great at communication and meeting deliverables. My project turned out beautifully and I would highly recommend them for any of your home improvement/construction needs!

We are delighted with our new galley kitchen which was creatively designed by Dave, Highland Renovations, and Emily, Baltimore Granite. The entire kitchen was gutted and upgraded. Emphasis was on maximizing storage space. We did keep the wall between the kitchen and dining room. Thank you to all the hard working folks who played a part in the project. Good work ethics. We are very pleased with the entire completed project! We strongly recommend Highland Renovations for any home or business project!

Highland once again exceeded our expectations! They renovated our screened in porch and replaced our old multi level deck and completely transformed our outdoor space. The project had many challenges but nothing was an issue with the team. They were responsive, communicative, and dedicated throughout the entire process. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is incredible. They take pride in their work and that is why we have and always will choose Highland for any house renovation!

We had Highland reface our brick fireplace and convert it to gas. They did such a wonderful job that when it came to the kitchen renovation we got estimates from several other companies, but knowing the workmanship of the Highland crew made it very hard to choose anyone else. We did a total gut of our kitchen and removal of a wall. Dave, an owner, was a little concerned about the beam holding up the second floor. He called in an engineer who found that the support for the second floor was not sufficient. Highland made the necessary adjustments. The kitchen was finished in two months! We couldn't be happier. Every question was addressed. Each day Marty (construction foreman?) came by to direct the workers and check the work. He spotted minor issues (a nail pop in the ceiling) that we didn't

Highland remodeled a bathroom for us recently. They did a wonderful job. Every interaction was professional and respectful, and even though it wasn't a "big" project, we always felt prioritized. The finished project is gorgeous--exactly what I envisioned, with perfect execution. Can't wait to work with this team on additional projects!
