I have been trying to call the Highway Department several times a day for a week, and their phone number DISCONNECTS and NEVER goes through. The “ditch” on Murrells Hill Road, is blocked and water has been running over the road where a new development put in a culvert INCORRECTLY! Someone needs to check it out.
