Last April I bought two large palms over 15ft tall. One died after a year of trying to get it to live. The owner, Nick, came out and inspected it and agreed to replace it under warranty. He provided a better tree than the original. The guys were very good that installed it , and they were very careful in removing the dead tree and installing the new one. It was tricky with tight spaces and a mature landscape. I'm very satified and would recommed this company. They do the landscape work for our community in Port Royal Plantation and we are happy with them as well.
