Excellent place to find obscure hard to get fittings and plumbing supplies. Good staff-with great knowledge.

I called and they said just take a picture and we can give you the part for your toilet. Then I get there and the person says that he needs a serial number for my toilet or something. Well my toilet is pretty universal I find out, so he should not need anything especially with a picture of it! Then after mumbling for a while, says that the parts are 45 dollars. He said that they were real toto parts (my toilet) which was not true. I went to home depot instead and found the parts for 14 dollars. What a rip off. Do not go to this place if you are not a contractor! It should mention only contractors for real prices.

Always great customer service if they don't know they will try to help him find out or find the correct product for you.
