His master's carpet cleaning& chimneysweep

I would say we had a rocky start. He was originally hired to inspect my chimney and when it was time to do the inspection, something came up multiple times. I end up moving out of state and trusting he would do the job, so I left the key with a neighbor. While waiting for him to inspect the chimney, the cleaning company flaked out on me. I can say in the end this company did save the day. They may not be on time, all the time however Chris said if he gives you his word, he will do it. His company end up doing my entire move out clean, carpets, and chimney inspection. I passed the first time. The only reason I’m giving 4 starts is due to the fact of punctuality and some business practices I don’t agree with. But his work is above average.

Had an appointment at 10 am for carpet cleaning. My wife even text them and confirmed our appoint the day of. 30 mins past 10 I had to call them to make sure we had the right time. They told us they were running a little behind (we understood) and was told they would be there very soon. 3 hours later they still hadn't shown and wouldn't answer any phone calls. This put us in a bind because our home inspection was at 4. Finally they showed up around 1:30. Did a crappy job, then demanded we pay the full price for their services. When we met to pay Chris, he didn't even get out of his car which I think is very unprofessional especially knowing we were upset with the way they handled business. Take my advice, NEVER USE THEM FOR ANY OF YOUR CARPET OR CHIMNEY SERVICES. We learned the hard way a

I wouldn't advise using their services if you rent any properties from Cherie Schultz. I paid for their carpet and chimney services when I moved out of my rental. The housing company failed our final inspection for carpets. His Master's wouldn't stand behind their work and clean it again, so I was charged out of my security deposit on my move out. He says it was some sort of long standing personal problem between him and Cherie Schultz Century 21.

DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS. Paid in advance, huge mistake. Came a week late, did a horrible job which caused us to have to pay a reinspect fee as well as lost money on my deposit to clean the carpet because of the awful job they did. I had a brand new window because I broke it. They stole the new window and replaced it with some old dirty one.

Save your time & money. Hired them in 2012, Couldn’t stand behind their “guarantee to pass inspection.” Caused me to fail inspection & additional $25 fee just to have the property manager to reinspect another day. Do you think I got reimbursed that fee & the fee for cleaning, NOPE! Unprofessional, rude & disrespectful towards dual active military members. I will ALWAYS make it known NOT to utilize HIS MASTER’S CHIMNEY SWEEP of Jacksonville, NC!!! FIND YOURSELF A RELIABLE COMPANY FOLKS!
