Jacob, the service technician with H&M is outstanding! He explained in easy to understand language what he did and why. He took photos of his work and shared them with me. Made suggestions for future consideration. Very detailed and takes pride in doing a good job for his customer. I have no problem in highly recommending H&M.

Overall excellent furnace inspection and cleaning service. Jacob W. was on time, polite, efficient, and very knowledgable. He took the time to explain his work. Very pleased with the results, and I would recommend H&M to friends and family.

I previously had a puddle of water near my furnace that I was worried about and when I called H&M they gave me instructions over the phone to clarify and fix the issue myself. I got the system unclogged at no cost with no disruptive visit. When I had additional needs regarding my furnace, calling H&M was no question. Today, Jacob W came out to my home within one day of calling. He provided clear details of what I should expect and was overall great to work with. Highly recommend.

H&M Mechanical is great. They have knowledgeable technicians and service is always up to the highest standards. Just the last example. Asked for blower cleaning service. Tech person (his name was Mason) came on time looked at the furnace blower and said that he is not comfortable charging me for the cleaning as there is not really much dust.

Terrible experience. I needed a replacement Furnace for my house thats literally down the street from this place. The staff is very dismissive and act like your bothering them when you call, sounds like they want to get you off the phone. Tried to schedule the replacement, and got a reply saying the manager said that the boss was out of town and he does all the scheduling, huh? But they said they would stop by to deliver space heaters for me... just seems wierd that your willing to deliver heaters to my house but not schedule an appointment. After about a MONTH of back and forth I finally got it scheduled.
