I contacted Hobson - Comfort Experts around 11am today, on a day where the streets were icy, and Daniel arrived by 3pm. He diagnosed the issue with the water heater; basically the water heater was shot! He had another water heater delivered, had the old water heater removed, and the new one installed and running by 4:30 PM. Daniel was very professional, and provided all the information that I needed to make a decision on purchasing a new water heater. Great job!

Nate was great! He was very polite and tidy and funny. He was great with our dogs and explained everything to us. He arrived exactly on time and gave us options of our repairs. We've used this company since we were newlyweds and they've always taken wonderful care of us!

Wow! Retiring from the military I return home to Texas. Purchased my 1st rural property since I was 19 years old. I ASSUMED The original property owner had secured the well from freezing. Not. My water froze at the well head. After 4 days of no water, I made the call at 0800. I was assured someone would be out the same day. Mark there by 1:00 pm same day. Trouble shot the situation with me. Went to work and within an hour or so. I had water. He wrap an insulated the wellhead, checked my water heater & softener to I’m sure all was working correctly. Also, before he left, he had me walk to the house to check for leaks. Mark was awesome, very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade. I am very pleased with the services I get from this Company. Marks a great plumber and Hunter is brilliant

Update: Hobson Air reached out to me and sent a manager (Hobson last name) over to the house and he spent a few hours diagnosing the issue. They are extending the warranty to make sure they can figure out what is going on and that I won't be stuck with the problem. I inherited my mother’s home after she passed away. While she was a widowed cancer patient, this company sold her a full, brand-new AC system for nearly $17,000, despite the existing system being only two years old at the time. Since installation, the system has never cooled the home properly. When outside temperatures rise, the indoor temperature continues to increase even while the AC is running. The system is less than one year old. We also pay this company $40 per month in ongoing service fees on top of the original purch
