Hodges Property Management

I personally did not use them. They are the lawn maintenance crew where I currently reside and have for five years. Hodge's has been mowing the yard for Blue Bell Loft's for a while. They mow so fast that more than half of the grass is just pushed over and not cut. They keep the deck set so high that after two days the grass has already gone back to seed. The bugs are terrible because the grass is a foot tall. Our dog won't walk in it because it is taller than she is. Ther pictures submitted are only seven days after a cut. Judge for yourself.

When looking for a lawn service I got quotes from multiple companies. I chose Hodges for multiple reasons: 1) Responsiveness. They were very prompt. 2) The price was very reasonable. 3) Their work is meticulous! 4) They do not mow if it is not needed. Their crews are friendly and professional; great customer service. They are serious about the service they offer and I am extremely pleased!

I want to acknowledge the great service and honesty of your workers at Trail Ridge Apartments! Their honesty when a little angel was broke accidentally! Dillon

They blow leaves and grass they don’t pickup/ vacuum up …they blow over areas that are already clean, making the clean area dirty and they will not come back to clean up their mess that they made do not hire these people they don’t know what they’re doing and lack common sense!!

Hodges was hired to install my lawn after our new home construction. They spent a total of three hours, did not smooth or prepare the soil for seeding, left tire track ruts, and sloppily threw seed and thinly applied straw. They charged $1500.00 for their three hours of bad work. When I asked if they would return in the Spring and do the job as it should be, I was told they would return but I would be charged for any work needed to make the results acceptable. It is bad enough their work was shoddy but the unprofessional response to NOT stand behind their work is the benchmark of a company not to be used or trusted.
