Hodges Supply Co

Hodges Supply really saved the day today. We had our hydronic heating system fail this morning. When other stores were unwilling to sell their products to the public, Hodges Supply had everything I needed to get our system back up and running. A special shout out to Tony who was willing to walk me through the diagnosis and provided very practical advice to get my system running again. After a quick replacement of the circulation pump, we are once again warm and comfortable. I really appreciate the help today.

My husband and I recently redid our kitchen and bought the plumbing supplies from Hodges. The people there were great to work with, in particular, Rachel, in the Pontiac showroom. She was quite knowledgeable on the products they carry, and they were competitive on pricing. Once we placed the orders, Rachel was very good in keeping us posted on status - especially when some shipments were delayed by the manufacturer. Also, when we (okay, I !!!) ordered the wrong sink size, they worked with us to swap it out for the right size. in addition: we had not thought to order sink grids, as we had not used them before. Rachel suggested we consider them, so we ordered them. We love them, are so happy she suggested them! All around, a great experience.

We just had another great experience with Hodges Supply. This most recent success was for our daughter's home, where kitchen and bath products were needed for an update. Prior to this, we updated our kitchen and primary bath. Kris is great to work with on the design side as well, always able to find exactly what we were looking for and at a competitive price. Hodges is our go to for supplies.

Rachel is amazing! Great experience overall. Quick and attentive customer service and quality products. Rachel walked us through everything that we had questions on and was always available to help with anything we needed. Will definitely be coming back when we get around to redoing our basement bathroom.
