I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life . I called today from out of state to ask to speak with who is listed as their VP of their company , the lady who rudely answered the phone insisted immediately that I had the wrong number , asking her to check by saying our you sure she said listen lady I’m sure and rudely hung up on me . So I called back and asked to speak with someone from her HR department again she insisted that was her and she told me I had the wrong number . I told her she didn’t have to be so rude , she again says” listen lady” ... etc etc.... So I said ok no problem and what was your name .
