Chad is awesome! Came back years after install to help us with shelving adjustments. Above and beyond service!

Chad installed all our shelves and hangers in all our closets and laundry room when we built our home in 2015. He did an excellent job, great workmanship and quality of build. We were very pleased. Recently one of the shelves and hangar broke much to our surprise. We contacted Chad and he came over and assessed the situation, and ultimately today replaced the broken shelves and hangars . When he was finished, i asked whether he wanted payment today or would bill me for his services, and much to my suprise he said there would be no charge, as he said that the shelving and hangars should not have broken. I even offered to pay for his time and he said no . He didnt have to stand by his work after 19 years but he did What a great businessman, and person . My wife and I are very pleased, THA

My husband and I are photographers and for a long time now both of us have hated how our gear ends up all over the house. We stored it all in the basement, so when we would come home from shoots instead of hauling it all to the basement just to be brought back up again the next day for another shoot, it would end up all over our small house. So, we had Chad from Holiday Custom Closets come out to see if he could design an organizational system in our first floor coat closet to fit all our gear, as well as design storage in our kitchen closet to become the new coat closet.
