We had an appointment for our washer to be looked at. A different company came out to diagnose a leak and didn’t even remove our washer to look behind it. Holliday home repair was supposed to come between 11 and 2. At 3:45 pm we got notified they were here and no one was answering the door. No one was at our house. We went out the front door and the garage. He was gone by 3:48 when we reached back out. Said he was already ant his next appointment. Our doorbell camera shows no one was at the house. They refused to come back. I stayed home today instead of going to work and skipped meetings - they were late to begin with and never came to our house. My dishwasher was in need of a repair. I have a home warranty plan. They assigned Holiday Business Group to fix the problem. The man came, said one part needed replaced. Then he said the water needs turned off or it will keep leaking. He could not turn the valve off under the sink. He said I needed a plumber for that. That cost me an extra $140. The plumber said “ you didn’t need me to turn the valve off”. I called Holiday business Group and complained that they cost me extra and I didn’t need a plumber. He could have turned it off with a wrench if he was not strong enough. I told her i was unhappy and wanted a different repair person to finish the job when the parts came in. The service tech was dispatched quickly after Holliday was contacted by our home warranty company. The tech, Sam, was friendly and efficient, quickly diagnosing the problem. A part had to be ordered and 2 days later Sam was back to fix our freezer, which he did very quickly. He even gave me some cleaning tips--don't use bleach or other chemicals in refrigerators or freezers, they will cause yellowing. To be honest, I was a little surprised this ancient side by side could be fixed, it's a very old Amana. And cleaning it was something I hoped I wouldn't have to do! On the top shelf we'd had big bags of strawberries & cherries, they had leaked everywhere--it looked like a murder had taken place! I had a very pleasant experience with Holliday Business Group, and specifically, Sam who came to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher. He came the first time last week and very quickly determined the problem and the part needed. The part came in quickly and he returned yesterday and installed the new part and my dishwasher is no longer leaking! Sam was professional and friendly and communication with the office and Sam was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

This was the WORST experience we’ve ever had with a service repair company. The entire staff, especially the admin associate, are extremely rude. We only used them because our home warranty company required us to. If you don’t have to use holiday business group, don’t. Do yourself a favor and seek assistance elsewhere. It took them two days to even give us a call back, the repair man was at our home for a total of 7 minutes, he was dismissive and rude and he did not fix the issue. Our dishwasher is still broken and they can’t bother to return our calls to reschedule service. If zero stars was an option, we’d give them zero stars.
