I'd like to share a review. The actual workers were great, however, the sales, Oakley Whitesel, and project managers, Tyler ??, are not very helpful and the latter even fudge the truth. Once the sale is made, the Sales Rep is MIA. "Wham, bam, thank you ma'am!" "Gone Girl!" I reached out to him about the Project Manager and I got crickets. Perhaps it should be expected, once they make the sale, why would they need to care. Part of the whole house siding project included taking care of the vents. One of my vents they couldn't restore back to the appearance it had previously, which was the radon outlet. The project manager said it needed a chimney to the roof and that he would take care of it. Also indicated it was outside the scope of the project even though the vents were listed to be tak

Tyler was a great asset to have as a project manager- he was open and honest about the entire process and followed through on a few promises made before the install. I was a little hesitant going with a larger company (I usually stick with small contractors) but the price couldn't be beat for the materials used and the extra air intakes. The crew arrived early and on time and they went straight to work. They finished three structures in one day which I assumed would take two. They even stayed late to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. The roof looks excellent and the install went very smooth. Plus, my attic feels very nice now with the extra air intake.

I love my house they did a great job

We don't accept solicitors, and this is posted. But a representative for your company came to my door and bothered my 16-year-old son asking if he could inspect our roof. I came out and told him we don't accept solicitors, and not to come to our house again. He said "no need to be disrespectful." Disrespectful? By asking him not to come to our house again? It's my property.

Great company, got my roof done through them. Already recommended them to all my friends and family.
