Doug performed a total remodel of our house. We are very pleased. He and Karen worked extremely hard to get what we wanted and they added great suggestions throughout the process. It turned out even better than we had hoped for.

We had Home Improvements by Doug remove our old pergola and add a new outdoor kitchen. The remodel was extensive and we are absolutely thrilled with it! My first meeting scheduled with Doug, he no-call, no-showed. My second scheduled meeting with Doug (4/15/24) we discussed a bathroom remodel. He told me his wife, Karen (befitting), would be by the next day to take measurements and make drawings. After not hearing from Karen, I called her myself and received a very snippy retort about her not being available until the following week; I said no problem, her husband had set the expectation, not me. They came by to get what they needed and told me they would have everything back to me by the end of the week. Friday comes and I have not heard from them. I call, but they never answer, so I left yet another voicemail; to which I received a text back saying they would have it all to me early this week. Fast forward to now, Wednesday (5/1/24), and

I have had remodeling done in the past but Home Improvements by Doug was like an entirely new experience. The work is professional and on time. The people involved that he works with are really good. I experienced excellence combined with integrity. Highly recommend. My new bathroom is amazing.
