Need home floor installation, the measurement "tech" that was sent out spent two hours measuring 2 rooms and scared my wife with stories of being arrested and having demonic encounters. The company owned by home depot sent the report to home depot that they needed to go back to the house for a follow up and home depot sat on it and never got back with their company. Poor internal infrastructure with the external flooring company. The internal customer service was helpful though, I just wouldn't recommend this home depot for flooring installs.

They were unable to find the items that I needed even after I had called to make sure that they had it in stock. Had to tell the store staff just what it was that I wanted several times.

Staff always helpful and store well stocked and clean.
