Shears Shades Blinds & More

Window Creations just completed a large installation for motorized blinds in our office and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! From beginning to end, we had an amazing experience with them and will happily use their services again in the future. Thank you so much!

They did my main window. Had a couple hiccups with the material that came damaged but I love the final product. They care about the customer and I appreciate everything they did for me. The seamstress’s do amazing work.

Initially I thought they were professional. During the review I was talked into changing rod design. I didn't realize at the time this meant I would not get the single curtain per window I wanted, and requested. Then the day before installation they rescheduled on me so they could have a fancy luncheon during my expected time. It went from a good time and day for me to two hours before I'd normally wake up. The curtains were the right material, installed over the right windows so +1 star. They were split in the middle which I explicitly didn't want. When brought up during early install I was dismissed as my desire and requested product was clearly unimportant. The install was finished as I at that point felt I was forced to accept the wrong product and pay for it under duress. They were

Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful & efficient. We needed to replace two of our string pull blinds. The new Hunter Douglas blinds are just what we needed! A bit "pricey," but over the years we've found the HD blinds to hold up well a the warranty is great. Thank you, Window Creations.
