Sears Appliance Repair

The repairman was good (pump replacement on a washer/dryer combo machine). Did a good job, fast, made sure to call before to let me know he was on his way here, and explained everything well. There was a little issue with planning appointments, they'd offered to move the appointment up a couple days and then forgot to cancel the original days appointment. So not really a big deal. All in all it was good service.

Patrick was such a kind informative technician. The system Sears uses to track your tech throughout the appointment window works flawlessly. I was able to see where Patrick was, how many stops away he was from mine, and it updated live throughout the 8am-3pm I think I appointment window which made such a range of times much easier to navigate. I highly recommend Sears and Patrick for any appliance repairs. Thank you!

This was a warranty repair paid buy the manufacturer. I was impressed with the technician,. He knew his stuff, and we as in and out. What I don't care for is the appointment availability of 8am to 4pm. That's a whole workday. Many people can't afford that luxury.

John arrived on time. He took his time finding the problem. He let me know the cost of the repair for my fridge. He also gave me advice on warranties when I buy appliances. He got me through the payment process with ease. John was very professional and thorough. I'm satisfied. Will call again if needed for my other appliances. Would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone.

Very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable. He showed me things I didn't know about my mower after five years. I would choose him again for repair.
