Home Services at The Home Depot

On 7/31/15 I put a deposit down for some window blinds. On August 14th I was told it will be 3 to 4 more weeks till they put our blinds up. At the time of purchase we were told it takes about 3 weeks for everything since they were not special order blinds, but in stock. Saturday, August 15th I received 3 phone calls while I was at my son's wedding. While trying to call back, the numbers they gave took me to the main store automated service. I just found out that my neighbor had her blinds put in by "Next Day Blinds". They had the blinds measured and installed in 5 days, and that's only because she was out of town. I want my $50 deposit back from Home Depot, I am very unhappy with their schduling the phone service.

I got carpet installation a few months ago. It was never installed that well, but for months now the carpet is coming out of the floor . . . and because of the pandemic I cannot have people in my house. Tried to call them and I'm either hang up on, or it rings forever, or someone at the main desk (even if I choose Flooring) transfers me to the right department and I am unable to talk to a person. I need the carpet installers to come by and fix the problem, not right away but at least that they know why they have to schedule for later . . . and I need to talk to a PERSON!!!!!

Whether it’s car detailing supplies,a propane tank exchange, or lightbulbs, this location always has some of the best prices and always has some of the best customer service. The people in the stores know what they are talking about and know where to find anything you need. I have had to return a couple things for various reasons but anytime I have their return process has always been short and quick.
