Home Services at The Home Depot

Never had to many issues until I went to purchase a garage door. Going thru the paperwork went well, however that was the last I heard from Home Depot. After 2 weeks of not knowing anything or receiving an update I tried to contact Home Depot just for a status update. The lady on the phone said "just wait" not even hello or let me get the right department. Finally getting the right person on the phone and they said they would find out and call back. 4 days past and I had to call back in to find out the status. Finally Bob was able to answer and said it was in process of being made and I would be contacted for an install date. Week and 1/2 later I called back to find out who the installer was and contacted them myself. Door came out the next Thursday only to have dented section and the wron
