Both Cust Service Desk and the Pro Cust service were unable to print out a temporary slip so we can use our business credit card with them. Nobody knew how to do it, we were first sent to pro desk, the lady at the Pro Cust service desk send us back to Customer service. Manager is nowhere to be found and we were very frustrated with how the whole situation was handled. We ended up paying with cash and having to return today, hauling all the equipment back and forth so we can use the benefits. We are never going back to this location, nobody knows what they’re doing. Total chaos on a Monday afternoon.

I wanted to have my front door replaced. They sent someone out to measure and show me a few ideas in a catalog. He was going to get back to me with an estimate. Weeks went by...no estimate. I returned to the store looking for answers. More weeks went by. I returned to the store and complained to the manager who said he would get supervisors involved. After 6 weeks with still no estimate I complained to the home office in Atlanta. I never did get my estimate. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Absolutely horrible service and non-caring employees and supervisors

I used to love shopping at home depot. But now I hate this store. The reason for it is installation of the Windows. Chad who works there came to my home in August July 2016. We signed an agreement to install expensive Home Depot brand windows with a life time warranty. In a month 2 Ukrainian guys came in to install the windows. I paid the whole sum outright. I Would like to share my experience with the At home service from Homedepot getting a sliding glass patio door installed. I went into homedepot to get an estimate on how much it would cost to get a new patio door installed. An employee helped me to the area and tried to find someone in the door department to assist me. With no luck, she entered my information into the system as best she could to set up an appointment for someone to come to my house for an estimate. After about 4 days passed and no response from homedepot I called the store. Its turns out I wasn’t in the system.
