We have over the years purchased a lot of products from Home Depot and Lowes. lately we have become very dissapointed in their policies 1. discontinuing discounts/incentives for 100% PT Veterans 2. Your outside Contractors not showing up for appointments and not even calling or. Then the last minute OOPS SORRY BULL, SOMETHING CAME UP. In the last 2 months 4 of these contractors YOU gave our names to failed miserably. So here we sit with a 60 X 21 foot deck project going no where. You need to vett your contractors.

I went to home depot in Winchester to have one of my interior doors changed. I paid for the measurments and was told I was going to be called. After over a month I went back there complained to Jim, the manager. He told me someone will call me. After ANOTHER MONTH I called and complained. I got a call back from Jim, the manager and told me I had to call someone else to have it done??? He NEVER apologized for the wait and did not return my money for the work that had not been done. They were also going to contact me for a split air conditioning and I told them I never got the quote from the guy who was suppose to send it. I have spent more than 50,000 dollars with them. They lost a client. I will switch to Lowe's

Great customer service. Had blinds cut and they were a perfect fit. In and out, no issues. Remodeling our kitchen now and nothing but positive things about in-store purchases.
