Very eclectic offerings... Indian and Portugal.. millions of blankets and pillows. Tons of organizers.. knick knacks and decor galore.. extremely friendly people! Fast checkout. Luxury looking presentation. Sooooo many breakables... Beware of your bringing kids! .. bath section is small but cute. Tons of kitchen necessities and even a doggy aisle. Rugs are lining an entire right side and the seasonal decor is phenomenal.

At around 1:45pm today my mom went into this less than worthy establishment, to purchase some storage containers, and a few other items like a pack of cutting boards. As she was shifting through the cramp packed shelves to get to some specific storage containers she wanted, they proceeded to fall on the floor. In the vicinity there were 3 employees who sat, watched, and laughed at my mom. Never offered helped nor checked to make sure she was okay. Just laughed. My mom just had surgery about a month ago and was trying to venture out for the first time since. When I called the manager to bring this issue to her awareness, she questioned me as though I was lying and had a more than condescending tone and attitude. This Homegoods was clean and had many great things at decent prices. I am giving it a 4 because I was going to buy a 3 piece storage container set, and the price was $14.99, and the tag showed the 3 pieces. However, when I went to purchase it, the customer service rep stated the boxes in the container weren't a part of the price. I showed her the picture of the tag showing the 3 pieces, and she stated it was showing you the options that you could get. I was very disappointed because I believe that was false advertising.

I went in last week and wasn't gonna leave this review but I’m still appalled at what happened. The tall blonde lady cashier treated me like I was a dog. I popped through the shorter way to let her know the woman’s restroom ran out of toilet paper quickly. When she looked up and saw me she yelled the lines the other way and rolled her eyes. Then she turned to the people she was ringing out, she said something about how they put bright orange signs up and people still don't listen you have to train them mocking me essentially. I then asked to speak to a manager I wasn’t even gonna complain about her just the bathroom. She said she was in charge of customer service then told me get in the line again. Cashier was very rude. I don't understand why put things by the register if your not allowed to look at them and have to stand behind a red sign. If you don't want people looking at the product don't put stuff by the register. Very poor customer service. Granbury homegood is a lot better. Friendlier people
