I had a great experience with Home Shield pest control service from start to finish. The scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the service was thorough and professional. The technician, Carlos, was super helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable, professional pest control with excellent customer service!

Homeshield has been great so far. They have excellent customer service from the schedulers to the techs. Tevin, in particular, always provides outstanding service. Every time he comes out to spray, he's personable, professional, and thorough. He does a great job treating the perimeter, garage, and indoors when needed, and he's always willing to address any extra concerns. Thanks for the consistently solid service!

HomeShield has been absolutely great to work with! They are incredibly professional and thorough with their service. William C was my technician and he was very detailed in what he treated and where and I can be assured we won't have any issues!

William C. was my service technician today. He did a thorough treatment of the outside, front and backyard then met me to treat inside the house. He noted a couple areas for me to keep an eye on regarding spiders and pest intrusion and he placed several sticky mats for bugs in the garage. He was very professional and personable. Overall, I was highly satisfied with this service.
