HomeShield has been an incredibly reliable provider to our network for many years. Their crews are motivated and deliver high quality work.

Homeshield installed our hardi plank siding on a home we had built and they did not install it properly. It has now led to boards cracking in half and we have loose boards as well. An engineer came out and told us it was an installation issue. Be aware!

First of all who ever answered the phone is having a very bad day. Bad non caring attitude. I called to see if I could get a piece of siding popped into place that they never installed right in the first place. She said that they were extremely understaffed and were trying to hire some new people. Pretty much told me to call someone else. I can see why they are having problems with keeping employee's with that kind of attitude. I will take her advice and call someone else
