Hometown Appliance Repair

Justin just left after fixing our dishwasher, which needed a new control panel. Earlier this summer he fixed our refrigerator, and he advised us about our dryer and other appliances. He knows what he's doing, gives spot on estimates, and is kind and pleasant. My husband and I are new to the area and feel fortunate to have found him. He's a gem!

I would give this a zero star if I could. Requested a refrigerator repair service had to wait nearly 2 weeks, lucky it was not my primary refrigerator. Then gets here, touches a few things on the back with fingers and scraps something on the inside with fingernail and then says doesn't have the right equipment to truly test if it's a compressor issue or the coolant. Here for a total of 10 minutes to tell me he is not able to work on this newer unit. Then still charges me $85 for the service. I understand that every one's time is worth something, but a few simple questions while scheduling the service could have saved me money and the business a bad review or even a 1/2 charge due to the fact he was not able to even test/work on the unit regardless. Questions like how old the unit is,

Justin arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the needed part with him, and performed the repair quickly and effectively on my refrigerator. I won’t hesitate to call him again when needed for any appliance repair.

I called Justin this morning and my oven is already repaired! He was very courteous and kind. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Justin did a great job fixing my dryer. He basically diagnosed the problem over the phone and then confirmed it upon arrival. He was on time, and it didn't take him long to fix the idle pully. He also cleaned up the lint inside the dryer plus left the work area nice and neat. Also his prices are very affordable.
